The human side of the autonomous vehicle case has been undercovered and underestimated in previous studies. Our new innovative study aims to centre the debate around people and their adoption, trust and ownership preferences.
Those of us who monitor the evolution of smart cities, work in policy, or are proponents of autonomous and shared transportation may not like the results of this study – it is challenging to learn that the population isn’t necessarily eager to take a double leap into both sharing and autonomy.
Find below a taste of the disruptive findings we obtained through our proprietary research (n=3,002, representative sample, UK) and our 20+ interviews with CAV experts carefully chosen across the globe.
